Come to city hall(participate in March) or battery park(no march) at 4pm. We are working with People for Justice and Security at the steps of city hall portion of the event. At 5 we will head up church street(towards church). We will be lead by motorcycles from The Ride For Change. In front of them will be a police cruiser because pearl street will not be closed.
